Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

RapVideo, at rapvideo.fyi, is independently operated by Zhuo Jie (China) (“RapVideo”, “we”, or “us”). Contact: service@rapvideo.fyi. These terms govern use of our website and generation service. Use the service only if you accept these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and the applicable purchase terms.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the generation service or buy a pack. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

3. What the service generates

RapVideo combines portraits and a motion-reference video to create an AI Rap performance. Each generation creates one video with a 15-second duration, your selected resolution (480p or 720p), and aspect ratio (9:16, 1:1, or 16:9). The offer shown at purchase and the generator's availability notice determine what is available.

AI output may contain inconsistent faces, imperfect lip sync, unnatural movement, or other artifacts. We do not promise an exact resemblance or a particular artistic result. Uploading a portrait changes visual guidance; it does not change the preset voice. Voice conversion and upscaling are not included in the standard offer.

Solo offers original audio or silence; duo is delivered silent. Original audio keeps the reference voice and music and does not adapt the voice to your portrait.

AI models used by this service

• Video generation — ByteDance: Seedance 2.0 Mini. Uses original portraits and the motion-reference video directly to create the performance, without generating an intermediate image.

4. Uploads, permissions, and use of output

You must own or have all necessary permissions for the photos, voices, recordings, music, and other material you upload. Do not upload another person's photo or voice without their informed permission for this use. You must also have the rights needed to publish or commercially use the resulting video.

You retain your rights in your uploads. You grant us permission to store, process, and send the material to the providers needed to carry out your request, deliver results, support your account, and investigate misuse. This does not transfer ownership of your original material to us.

Rights in AI output depend on applicable law, provider terms, and rights in the inputs. We do not guarantee exclusive rights, copyright protection, music clearance, or permission to use another person's likeness. Downloading a demo or selecting a trend does not grant a music license. Review output before sharing and disclose that it is AI-generated when required by law or the destination platform.

5. Acceptable use and independence

Do not use RapVideo for unlawful, deceptive, exploitative, or infringing content, non-consensual impersonation, or the other activities listed in our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not attack the service, evade access controls, abuse payments, or access someone else's private material.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the artists associated with Hotel Lobby or Bulin 47, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, or the model providers. Platform names describe intended formats, not guaranteed platform acceptance.

6. Packs, credits, and delivery

The current one-time packs are USD $9.90 for 30 credits, $29.90 for 100, and $49.90 for 200 (up to 3, 10, or 20 videos at 10s / 480p). They are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Purchased credits do not expire. A 10s / 480p video costs 10 credits; 15s / 480p costs 15; 10s / 720p costs 20; 15s / 720p costs 30. Scene and aspect ratio do not add a fee. Credits are account-bound, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash except through an eligible refund or as required by law.

Any applicable tax, currency conversion, and final charge are shown at checkout. A payment is fulfilled after its successful status is verified; an interrupted return from checkout does not by itself prove a failed payment. Video delivery is asynchronous and requires the generation task to finish. Completed results are accessed through your video history; keep your own downloaded copy.

A confirmed failed task returns the exact credits consumed by that task. A task still processing or under review is not yet a confirmed failure. Restoring a credit does not automatically refund a card payment. See the Refund Policy.

7. Checkout and merchant of record

The checkout and receipt identify the seller and payment provider for your purchase. Where Waffo Pancake is identified as merchant of record, its applicable Buyer Terms govern the payment transaction, tax collection, receipts, and payment refunds, alongside your mandatory consumer rights. RapVideo remains responsible for providing its software service and product support. The payment options available to you are the ones actually offered at checkout.

8. Privacy and account closure

Our Privacy Policy explains data use and third-party processing. Request account closure or deletion at service@rapvideo.fyi. We may verify account ownership and retain records required for legal, security, or transaction-dispute purposes. Account closure does not itself trigger a cash refund; contact us about unused paid credits before closing the account.

9. Availability and enforcement

We may change features or suspend access to address maintenance, security, provider restrictions, or violations. Where practical, we will explain a material restriction and provide a way to contact us. We may remove violating material or restrict an account following review. You may appeal by email. Mandatory remedies for undelivered paid services remain available.

10. Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free AI output and are not responsible for indirect losses from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer, privacy, or refund rights. Mandatory laws applicable to you continue to apply.

11. Changes and contact

We update the date on this page when terms change and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Updated terms do not retroactively change the price of a completed purchase. Questions and complaints: service@rapvideo.fyi.
