Acceptable Use Policy
Content rules, upload permissions, reports, and enforcement for RapVideo.
Last updated: 2026-10-29
Create responsibly
RapVideo is for creative AI Rap performances. These rules apply to uploads, generation requests, outputs, and any material you share through the service. They supplement our Terms of Service.
Prohibited material and behavior
- Sexual or explicit material: pornography, nudification, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Child-unsafe material: any sexualization, exploitation, or sexual abuse material involving minors, including synthetic material.
- Violence and gore: graphic abuse, threats, or content encouraging serious harm or self-harm.
- Hate speech: attacks, dehumanization, or incitement against people based on protected characteristics.
- Deceptive impersonation: misleading claims that a real person performed, spoke, or endorsed something; fraudulent face or voice impersonation; or uses that violate a person's privacy or likeness rights. Do not present a synthetic Rap performance as authentic footage.
- Copyright and trademark infringement: unlicensed music, recordings, images, brands, or other material you do not have permission to use. A popular trend is not a license.
- Service abuse: fraud, malware, unauthorized access, attempts to bypass safeguards, or payment abuse.
Permission to upload
Upload your own portraits and recordings or obtain informed permission from the people represented, together with the copyright and other permissions needed for this processing. Do not use photos or voices taken from someone else's social profile without permission. Do not upload confidential personal material. The service is for users aged 18 or over.
Synthetic-content disclosure
Review each result before publishing. Make clear that a video is AI-generated where a viewer could mistake it for a real performance, and follow the disclosure rules of the platform where you post it. Consent does not authorize fraud or override applicable law or a provider's restrictions.
Reports, review, and enforcement
Report suspected violations to service@rapvideo.fyi with the RapVideo URL or task ID, the concern, and relevant context. Zhuo Jie (China), RapVideo's independent operator, reviews reports and may ask for evidence of rights or permission.
Generation providers may reject material under their own safety rules. We can also review reported content and relevant account records. We do not promise that every upload or generated frame has been screened or that automated systems catch all violations.
Following review, we may refuse a request, remove material, or restrict or suspend an account. Where appropriate, we explain the decision; you may appeal by replying with additional context. Mandatory rights regarding payments and personal data remain unaffected.
