Generation credits and payment refunds are different

RapVideo packs are one-time purchases of 30, 100, or 200 credits. Video costs depend on duration and resolution: 10s/480p = 10, 15s/480p = 15, 10s/720p = 20, 15s/720p = 30 credits. Purchased credits do not expire. See Pricing for the current offer.

When a generation fails

When a task is confirmed as failed, its consumed credit is returned to your RapVideo balance. A task still processing or under review has not yet been confirmed as failed. If a failed task has not returned its credit, email service@rapvideo.fyi with the task ID.

A credit return lets you try another generation. It is not a cash refund and does not reverse the original purchase.

When to request a payment refund

Contact us if you were charged twice, did not authorize the purchase, paid but did not receive your credits, cannot access the purchased service because of a problem on our side, or believe the service was materially different from its description. You may also ask us to review an unused pack or remaining unused credits.

We review requests against the order, usage, applicable purchase terms, and mandatory consumer rights. A used pack or an aesthetic preference alone does not automatically qualify for a refund, but this does not remove remedies for a defective or misdescribed service. We do not offer an unconditional satisfaction guarantee or automatic cash refunds for every request.

How to request a review

Email service@rapvideo.fyi with your account email, order number, purchase date, reason, and any affected task IDs. Never send full card details. We will explain the outcome or ask for the information needed to investigate.

If the receipt identifies a merchant of record, you may also request help through its buyer portal. Where Waffo Pancake is the seller, its Buyer Terms also apply. Approved payment refunds go to the original payment method; arrival depends on the seller, payment network, and bank. We cannot promise an instant bank refund.

An approved full or partial refund may remove the corresponding unused credits so the refunded value cannot be spent again. Account closure alone does not request a refund.

Your legal rights

Nothing here limits mandatory rights, including applicable cooling-off rights or remedies for non-delivery. We do not treat use of the site as an automatic waiver of those rights.
