Help with a video

Include your account email, template, approximate submission time, and video or task ID if available. Describe what happened and attach a screenshot if useful. Never send your password, API keys, or full payment-card details.

Payments and refunds

Include the order number, purchase date, account email, and a short description of the issue. Read the Refund Policy for the difference between restoring generation credits and refunding a payment. If a merchant of record is named on your receipt, you can also use the support or buyer portal shown there.

Privacy and account requests

Use the subject “Privacy request” and tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion, or account closure. Contact us from your account email where possible. We may need to verify ownership before acting. See the Privacy Policy.

Report content or a rights concern

Use the subject “Content report”. Provide the relevant RapVideo URL or task ID, your reason for reporting, and a way to contact you. For a copyright or likeness complaint, explain your rights and identify the material concerned. See Acceptable Use.

We review requests individually. Support is handled by a small independent team, so replies are not instantaneous. If you believe a decision was incorrect, reply to the same email thread with additional context.
