Privacy Policy

1. Operator and contact

Zhuo Jie (China) independently operates RapVideo at rapvideo.fyi and is responsible for the personal information RapVideo processes. For privacy requests, contact service@rapvideo.fyi.

2. Information we process

• Account information: your email, account identifier, profile information you provide, authentication records, and relevant sign-in-provider details if you use one.
• Generation material: uploaded portraits and audio, selected template and scene, generation settings, task status, and generated images and videos. A portrait or voice recording can identify someone; upload it only if you have the required permission.
• Usage and security information: technical request data such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, error records, and activity needed to protect the service and investigate problems.
• Purchase records: order identifiers, pack, amount, currency, payment status, generation-credit history, and identifiers returned by a payment provider. We do not ask you to submit full card details to RapVideo's application forms.
• Support information: messages and attachments you send us, including privacy and content complaints.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, save generation choices, perform requested AI processing, deliver videos, maintain credits and orders, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these uses rely on performing our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent for optional processing where required.

4. AI processing and service providers

When you request live generation, we send the material needed for the task to the following AI processing stages:

Older jobs already queued may complete their snapshotted image composition with Google’s Nano Banana 2 (Gemini 3.1 Flash Image) through KIE, using the stored portraits and scene reference. New generations do not use that stage.

• Video generation: ByteDance’s Seedance 2.0 Mini receives the original portraits, motion-reference video and instructions to generate a silent video. Optional original audio is added afterward by our delivery infrastructure.

We access these models through KIE, our third-party AI API provider. KIE processes the task inputs, intermediate files, instructions and results needed to provide that access.

Hosting, storage, database, email, and security providers process data needed to operate the service. The production infrastructure uses Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2 for application hosting, the database and file storage. Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, under their own service and privacy terms and applicable transfer requirements.

We do not use uploaded portraits or audio to train a RapVideo model. This is not a promise that every third-party provider has the same retention or training policy. Do not upload confidential or sensitive material unless you are comfortable with the necessary third-party processing.

5. Payments and Waffo

The provider identified at checkout processes the payment information you enter there. If Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record, it handles purchase, tax, receipt, and payment-dispute information under its Privacy Policy. RapVideo receives the order and transaction information needed to grant credits and provide support. Your purchase uses the provider actually identified at checkout.

6. Visibility and access

Uploading a portrait does not itself publish it in the public demo gallery. Your account is used to authorize access to private generation records and files. Providers can receive temporary access links needed to process a task. Anyone you share a downloaded video or usable access link with may be able to access that material. No internet storage or transmission system is completely secure.

We may access relevant material to investigate a support request, security problem, or reported violation, or where legally required. We do not sell your uploaded portraits or audio.

7. Browser storage, analytics, and cookies

The service uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, language, and generation drafts. A draft can include local copies of your chosen photos and audio on the device you use. Clear site data on a shared device when you finish. Optional analytics or support tools may process technical usage data when enabled. See the Cookie Policy for controls and details.

8. Retention and deletion

Account, generation, and purchase records are kept while needed to provide the service, maintain your balance and history, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Uploaded files and outputs do not currently have a universal automatic deletion deadline. A temporary link expiring does not mean the underlying file has been deleted.

Request deletion or account closure by emailing service@rapvideo.fyi. We verify ownership, assess what can be removed, and explain any records that must be retained. Backups and providers may retain copies for their applicable retention periods. Download anything you want to keep before requesting closure.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, receive a copy of, restrict, or object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent for consent-based uses. Email us to exercise these rights. You can also contact your local data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing; some requests may prevent us from completing a generation or maintaining an account.

10. Children and changes

The generation service is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly invite children to provide personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate. We update this page and provide appropriate notice when our practices materially change.
